Supreme Court Rule 711 provides that a student in law school approved by the American Bar Association may be certified by the Dean of the school to be eligible to perform certain limited services, if he/she satisfies the following requirements:
- He / She must have received credit for work representing at least three-fifths of the total hourly credits required for graduation from law school.
- He / She must be a student in good academic standing and be eligible under the school's criteria to undertake the activities authorized herein.
