Kinnan Ghali was born in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Ghali graduated from Mercer University School of Law with a Juris Doctor. As a law student, he zealously represented the indigent at the Rockdale Public Defender’s Office in Conyers, Georgia. After moving back to Chicago, Mr. Ghali fought for the rights of the underserved as an Assistant Cook County Public Defender. After a short stint as a private criminal defense attorney, he joined the Will County Public Defender’s Office where he continues to pursue justice and fight for the rights of the most vulnerable members of society.
