Tiarra Thompson attended Hope College in Holland, MI. She then continued her education earning her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. Ms. Thompson was admitted to the Illinois Bar in May 2024.  She joined the Will County Public Defender's Office in September 2024.
