Lisa Latus joined the Will County Public Defender's Office on July 6, 2016.  She is assigned to the the River Valley Justice Center where she is representing children in delinquency cases and both juveniles and parents in abuse and neglect cases.

Ms. Latus graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1990 where she received her Juris Doctor degree.  All of her legal experience has been in Will County.  Ms. Latus began her legal career with the Will County State's Attorney's Office in 1991, trying both misdemeanor and felony cases.
