Samantha LaRowe Kerins originally hails from Hamburg, New York. She attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York where she graduated with Bachelors of Arts degrees in both Clinical Psychology and History. She then continued her education earning her Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. Ms. Kerins interned as a 7-11 legal student at the Will County Public Defender’s Office from January 2009 until her hire date of November 5, 2009, when she was admitted to the Illinois Bar.
Ms. Kerins was promoted to a felony court caseload in December 2016. Sher also handles post-conviction petitions.
