Colin Haney is a 2011 graduate of Joliet Catholic Academy.  He attended Valparaiso Law School.  During that time, Mr. Haney interned at the Will County State's Attorney's Office.  He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in February 2020.  

Prior to joining the Will County Public Defender's Office in August 2020, Mr. Haney worked at a private criminal defense firm.  He is currently assigned to an aggravated traffic and misdemeanor trial call.
