Kelly Reissmann graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2003. She was Research Editor of the Law Review and a Semi-Finalist in the school’s Moot Court competition. Ms. Reissmann was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2003. She began working in the Juvenile Division of the Will County Public Defender's Office since August 9, 2004 where she specializes in juvenile delinquency and abuse and neglect cases.  She practices in front of the Honorable Judge Paula Gomora at the River Valley Justice Center.
