Tim Specht obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997.  He graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School in 2001 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar.  Mr. Specht joined the Will County Public Defender's Office that same year.  Since 2007, he has been a Felony Courtroom Supervisor.
