Timothy McGrath has been a part-time Assistant Public Defender since 1987.  Mr. McGrath graduated from Providence Catholic High School in 1979.  He then attended Creighton University, graduating in 1983, and the John Marshall Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 1986.

Mr. McGrath is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association.  He is currently assigned to the Honorable Judge Paula Gomora's court call at the River Valley Justice Center where he handles juvenile delinquency, abuse, and neglect cases.
