Brian Kron began his academic career in the middle of the Pacific at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History (with a focus in American History and graduated a member of the Phi Alpha Delta History Honors Society), in 2011. He then attended law school at the Southern Illinois University School of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctor, in May 2015. Mr. Kron was admitted and sworn in as Attorney at Law on November 10, 2016.  He also graduated with a certificate in International and Comparative Law.  Mr. Kron has studied International Law on three separate continents: Europe, Africa, and North America.

Mr. Kron was a law clerk with the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office each summer of law school, utilizing his 711 license in juvenile delinquency, abuse, and neglect matters in juvenile court. His professional career has been focused on advocating for his fellow human in a Pro Bono capacity, especially in relation to criminal defense and justice to civil matters with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. After practicing in the private sphere in civil litigation, personal injury, Mr. Kron is happy to return to the public sector. He firmly believes justice is blind.
